Based on this Facebook post, titleholder eligibility requirements are as follows:
Titles will be awarded exclusively to members of our community. All performers will undergo a pre-approval process in which the Park Ranger will make the final decision regarding who will take the stage. To be eligible, you must have held a CreekRidge membership for at least one year prior to your contest participation. Additionally, all title holders who plan to compete must contact the Park Ranger at 517-480-0707 no later than Friday noon. On show day, all contestants must be present on the property by 3:00 PM.
Finally, each title holder winner is expected to represent this community at a designated Pride event.

- Contestant rehearsal in Club Solitude with DJ
- Late morning the day of the contest. Historically starting between 11:00 and 11:30 am.
- Game Room open for contestants
- One hour before showtime.
- Doors open at Club Solitude
- 30 minutes before showtime.
- Showtime at Club Solitude
- 7:00 pm
